Welcome to InOnIt. These Customer Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InOnIt mobile application and website. By creating an account or purchasing a deal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading the InOnIt app, creating an account, or completing any purchase, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and InOnIt, Inc. ("InOnIt," "we," "us," or "our").

2

Who We Are

InOnIt is a lifestyle deals and experiences marketplace. We connect customers with local vendors offering discounted services, activities, dining, wellness, and more across US cities. InOnIt is a technology platform — we are not the provider of any deal, service, or product listed on the app.

Think of InOnIt as the marketplace. The vendor is the seller. When something goes right or wrong with the experience itself, that's between you and the vendor — but InOnIt is here to help if things go sideways.

3

Eligibility

To use InOnIt, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be a resident of the United States or a visitor with a valid US-issued payment method.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Not have had a previous InOnIt account terminated for policy violations.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above requirements.

4

Account Registration

4.1 Your Account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login details with anyone.

4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. InOnIt is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate account information.

4.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active InOnIt account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or exploit promotions is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended.

5

How It Works

InOnIt is a pay-per-deal platform — there is no subscription fee. Here's how it works:

  1. Browse deals from local vendors across categories including food & drink, wellness, beauty, fitness, entertainment, and more.
  2. Purchase a deal directly through the app. A small platform fee is added at checkout.
  3. Receive a unique QR code voucher in your in-app wallet, valid for 10 days from the date of purchase.
  4. Visit the vendor and present your QR code to be scanned for redemption.
  5. Enjoy your experience.

6

Purchasing a Deal

6.1 Payment. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed in US dollars.

6.2 Transaction Processing. Your payment is processed by InOnIt, Inc. — not by Apple or Google. Purchasing a deal through InOnIt does not constitute an in-app purchase subject to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies.

6.3 Order Confirmation. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an in-app notification and your QR voucher will appear in your wallet. This confirmation constitutes your receipt.

6.4 Saved Payment Methods. You may save payment methods for faster future checkout. You can remove saved cards at any time from your Profile settings. InOnIt does not store raw card data — all payment information is held securely by Stripe.

7

Vouchers & Expiry

7.1 10-Day Validity. Every QR voucher is valid for exactly 10 days from the date of purchase. The expiry date and time are displayed in your wallet at the time of purchase and throughout the validity window. Plan accordingly — expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.

7.2 Single Use. Each voucher is valid for one redemption only. Once scanned by the vendor, the voucher is marked as used and cannot be presented again.

7.3 Non-Transferable. Vouchers are issued to the purchasing account and are non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, or transfer a voucher to another person.

7.4 Expired Vouchers. Expired, unredeemed vouchers are forfeited. No credit, refund, or replacement will be issued for expired vouchers, regardless of the reason for non-use.

Pro tip: Set a reminder before you buy — your voucher clock starts the moment you check out, not when you plan to go.

8

Platform Fee

A platform fee of $2.40 per transaction is added at checkout. This fee covers the cost of operating the InOnIt platform, including payment processing, technology infrastructure, and customer support. The platform fee is clearly displayed before you confirm any purchase and is non-refundable.

9

No Refund Policy

All sales on InOnIt are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed, including for:

  • Vouchers that were purchased but not used before expiry.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Deals that did not meet personal expectations.
  • Scheduling conflicts or personal circumstances preventing redemption.

9.1 Exceptions. InOnIt may, at its sole discretion, issue an in-app credit or alternative resolution in the following limited circumstances:

  • A vendor permanently closes before your voucher expires and you are unable to redeem it.
  • A verified platform-side technical error prevented your voucher from being generated or displayed.
  • A vendor is removed from the Platform for serious misconduct and outstanding vouchers cannot be honored.
Any goodwill credits issued are at InOnIt's sole discretion and do not set a precedent for future claims. Credits are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance and cannot be extended, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

10

Vendor Responsibility

InOnIt is a marketplace platform. The vendor — not InOnIt — is responsible for the quality, safety, accuracy, and delivery of every deal listed on the platform.

10.1 Vendor Obligations. All vendors on InOnIt have agreed to honor valid, unexpired QR vouchers and to deliver the deal as described. If a vendor refuses to honor a valid voucher without legitimate cause, please contact us immediately at info@inonitapp.com.

10.2 Quality & Safety. InOnIt does not inspect, certify, or guarantee the quality of any vendor's service or premises. You engage with vendors at your own discretion and risk. Please review any vendor's independent ratings, reviews, and licensing before purchasing.

10.3 Third-Party Disputes. Disputes about the quality of a service or product must be raised with the vendor directly in the first instance. InOnIt may assist in facilitating resolution but is not obligated to mediate or compensate for vendor failures.

11

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the InOnIt platform to:

  • Purchase deals with fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods.
  • Attempt to redeem an expired, altered, or screenshot-based voucher.
  • Create multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers or referral programs.
  • Post false, defamatory, or misleading reviews of vendors.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app or its underlying technology.
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

12

Intellectual Property

The InOnIt name, logo, app design, and all content created by InOnIt are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from InOnIt's intellectual property without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as reviews), but grant InOnIt a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content within the Platform.

13

Limitation of Liability

13.1 No Warranty. The Platform is provided "as is." InOnIt makes no warranties about the accuracy of deal listings, the quality of vendor services, or the uninterrupted availability of the app.

13.2 Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InOnIt's total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to InOnIt (excluding deal face value) in the 3 months preceding the claim.

13.3 No Consequential Damages. InOnIt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost time, disappointment, or inconvenience arising from a vendor's failure to deliver a deal.

13.4 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify InOnIt against any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

14

Account Deletion & Termination

14.1 Deleting Your Account. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Any unused, valid vouchers in your wallet at the time of deletion will be forfeited without refund.

14.2 Data Deletion. When you delete your account, InOnIt will permanently delete your personal data — including your name, email address, payment method references, and purchase history — from our active systems. We do not sell, transfer, or retain your data for marketing purposes following account deletion. Some data may be retained for a limited period solely where required by law (for example, transaction records required for tax or financial compliance), after which it is securely deleted.

Your data is yours. We delete it when you leave. We never sell it — before, during, or after your time on InOnIt.

14.3 Termination by InOnIt. InOnIt may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, chargebacks filed without basis, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or its community. In such cases, the same data handling practices described in Section 14.2 apply.

15

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Rules in New York, NY. You waive the right to participate in any class action proceeding.

16

Amendments

InOnIt may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the app after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version is always available at inonit.com/terms.

18

Force Majeure

InOnIt shall not be liable for any failure or delay in operating the Platform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, civil unrest, power outages, or internet infrastructure failures. In such events, InOnIt will make reasonable efforts to communicate disruptions and restore service as quickly as practicable.

If a Force Majeure Event prevents a vendor from honoring active vouchers, InOnIt will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and may issue in-app credits or alternative resolutions at its discretion.

19

SMS & Email Communications (TCPA / CAN-SPAM)

19.1 SMS Consent. By creating an account and providing a phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from InOnIt, including purchase confirmations, voucher expiry reminders, and critical account alerts. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of non-essential messages.

19.2 Marketing SMS. Promotional or marketing text messages will only be sent if you have explicitly opted in. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or updating your notification preferences in the app.

19.3 Email Communications. Transactional emails (receipts, voucher confirmations, support responses) will be sent to your registered email address. Marketing emails require your opt-in and will always include a clearly visible unsubscribe link in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional communications.

20

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

20.1 Contact Us First. If you have a concern about a charge on your account, please contact InOnIt at info@inonitapp.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved faster through our support team than through a formal dispute process.

20.2 Chargeback Consequences. Filing a chargeback without first contacting InOnIt, or filing a chargeback on a transaction that was legitimately fulfilled, may result in suspension or permanent termination of your InOnIt account. InOnIt reserves the right to dispute chargebacks that are not supported by the facts of the transaction.

20.3 Fraud. Any transaction you believe to be unauthorized or fraudulent should be reported immediately to info@inonitapp.com. InOnIt will investigate and coordinate with Stripe to resolve confirmed fraud cases.

21

User-Generated Content & Reviews

21.1 Reviews. InOnIt may allow customers to submit ratings and reviews of vendors. By submitting a review, you confirm it reflects your genuine personal experience and is not false, defamatory, or incentivized.

21.2 Content License. By submitting a review or any other content, you grant InOnIt a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display and use that content within the Platform for the purpose of helping other customers make informed decisions.

21.3 Content Removal. InOnIt reserves the right to remove any review or content that violates these Terms, is defamatory, contains personal data, or is otherwise inappropriate, without prior notice.

22

Accessibility

InOnIt is committed to making our Platform accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards across our app and website. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact us at info@inonitapp.com and we will work to address it promptly.

23

Waiver & Severability

Waiver. No failure by InOnIt to enforce any provision of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision in the future or any other provision.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

24

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and InOnIt regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings on the same subject matter.
